«It is impossible for the future LSD therapist to acquire a deeper understanding of the process without first-hand exposure.»
(Grof 1980 / 1964)

Etymologically, integration means the reconstruction of an entity, a process of creating a whole. After a short introduction of the specificity of our group setting and preparation sessions I will emphasize on the integration of the experience. The process of integration on the emotional, cognitive, social and spiritual levels is the most important part in the psycholytic and psychedelic psychotherapy. In the lecture I will speak about the different techniques of integration work taking in account the different conflict, resistance and transference processes.

I belong to a generation of czechoslovak psychiatrists, who received their training in LSD-Psychotherapy in the sixties. Since 1968 we are living in Switzerland. 1985 we started the Swiss Medical Association for Psycholytic Therapy; I was the president between 1990 to 1997. The permission from BAG to work with MDMA and LSD was valid between 1988 to 1993.
