Ticketing, seats, contributions and refunds policy
Ticketsale & Seats
Our auditorium has a maximum capacity of 200 people due to COVID-19 restrictions.
You have the option of acquiring a regular (260.-) or reduced (130.-) ticket (students, invalidity insurance, unemployment).
We are aware that people vary in their financial situations. For that reason, if you would like to volunteer for the event or for ALPS in general, or would like to apply for financial support, please reach out, and we'll do our best.
Our goal is to promote the field of psychedelic science and the therapeutic use of psychedelics among psychiatrists, psychologists, healthcare providers, and students that are considering a professional career in this field.
Even if you are not a professional therapist or researcher and don‘t want a ticket to the conference, your support would be deeply appreciated. With your donation, you will help swiss therapists acquire knowledge and understanding regarding psychedelics as a potential treatment, and thus contribute to improving our health care system.
To create such an event, we have to bear a variety of costs. They include technical support of CHUV and of Lausanne Tourism, travel and hosting expenses for our 14 speakers coming mostly from Switzerland, Germany, France, and the United States, as well as catering services for the public during conference breaks.
Thus, for us to deliver a successful project, we need your essential help and support, so we would be beyond grateful if you can contribute! 😊
Are you thinking of contributing, but cannot attend the event? Do not worry! Our speaker’s interventions will all be recorded and available online after the event, free of charge and available to everyone, on our YoutTube channel. We would be forever grateful for your contribution, so please consider donating and make this event become a reality !
Ticket Refund Policy (COVID-19)
In the unlikely case of event cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other reason, we will refund full ticket costs. All other contributions will be used to re-organise the event as soon as it will be possible.
In any case, Switzerland is nowadays well prepared to face another wave of the pandemic, and at the moment more than half of the population is vaccinated. During the event, we will follow all safety rules of safety required by the hospital, to protect everyone's health.
Feel free to get in touch with us. We'll be glad to answer your questions!
